 BACKGROUND
About NAAAP:
The Leadership Convention, ERG Summit, and Recruitment Expo is the largest event of the year organized by the National Association of Asian American Professionals (non-profit organization). The Convention is a time to hear inspirational speakers, corporate practices in diversity and talent management, emerging topics and best practices, make new friends and renew old friendships, and recognize Asian leaders at every level – life time contributors, community unsung heroes, and NAAAP leaders. The 2017 theme is “Reaching New Heights: Aspire and Inspire.”

4. ARTISTIC GUIDELINES
NAAAP’s brand book was updated in 2012 and remains in use. It is available online at

This meeting was rebranded from “NAAAP National Convention” to “Leadership Convention” to appeal to a wider
audience, not only Association members or Asians. The “infinity, passing knowledge” logo and the URL are new this
year. Hence, NAAAP does not want a new logo; please use the logo seen above. However, the Convention location
and theme varies year to year and those may be inspiration for additional creative elements.
